My aim with my workshops is to facilitate a space where beginners and professionals alike can thrive and make tangible creative discoveries that they can take forward into their daily lives as performers or as humans.

de Castro's Winter Clown school is back in January 2026 and I am proud to be able to offer my Power of Connection course.

Here is some feedback from participants:

'It was so beautiful, so sensitively lead. I loved every minute of it'

'It exceeded my expectations. I was really drawn to the title of the course and think it really stuck to that and expanded on it in so many glorious ways'

'I would definitely recommend this course to people and have already! I think anyone working in applied performance would benefit massively. Anyone who works closely with other people with an interest in communicating without words and connecting to an honest human part of themselves, would gain so much insight from the course.'

'It was such a wonderful course. It honestly felt life changing. It has already started to influence the way i work and the way I think about myself as a practitioner'

'It was amazing. It truly showed me the power of connection and introduced me to lots of interesting people. The feeling of safety in the room was glorious!'

'I learned a lot more than I expected in just three days. Even after it was over I realised something more'

'It was a big personal effort and investment for me to join the course and i got a big pay off & pay back, so feeling massively glad and grateful that I took the leap'

'It was absolutely the safest and most supportive workshop pace I have ever been in'

'I was able to really land with the work, and all the training I've done in clown began to come together and that felt very special'

Workshops and coaching for Healthcare Clown organisations:

I regularly run training for healthcare clown organisations including for Hearts & Minds, Danske hospitalsklovne, Cliniclowns NL, Dr Klauns, Latvia, FinyNosy, Kharkiv, Ukraine, Dr Parrots, Bangalore.

Workshops are tailored to the needs of the group, with a specific interest in how we keep our practice and clown 'alive', creative, playful and responsive to the moment in order to be of best service. I teach clowning for children in hospitals, for dementia care settings and for young people with complex autism and complex additional support needs.

I am a board member of Red Noses International
